I am currently facing a significant debt of $26,000, a heavy burden that is a direct consequence of the systemic barriers and discriminatory hiring practices I experienced in Quebec. Despite having completed two bachelor's degrees—qualifications that should have easily secured me a professional position—I was forced into a grueling cycle of over-qualification and underemployment simply due to systemic racism in the job market. This financial struggle is not the result of poor choices, but of an unequal system that makes it exceptionally difficult for minorities to establish financial stability. Any support or contribution to help me clear this debt and finally move forward would be deeply appreciated.
