iPad Air for drawing

I've always wanted to learn how to draw digitally, but I've never really had the means to get started. I'm currently in a pretty precarious financial situation, so buying a drawing tablet myself isn't really something I can afford. I've always seen artists making a living from their drawings and thought I'd love to at least give it a genuine try myself. One of the things I'd really like to do is draw characters from the webnovels I read. A lot of them barely have any fan art at all, and I think it's a shame because there are so many great characters and stories that don't get much attention. I'd love to draw those characters, share the artwork, hopefully introduce more people to the novels, and contribute something to the webnovel community. My birthday was a few days ago and I didn't receive anything, so I figured I'd put something I've genuinely wanted for a long time on here. I obviously don't expect anyone to buy something this expensive, but even being able to start learning digital art would mean a lot to me. also the reason its not 1199 is because i would love to have the apple pen with it so it goes to 1348 instead , kindly, please.
